At Base we carefully plan the delivery of a project throughout all stages for the seamless and successful completion of a job. All aspects are considered such as program, budget, site conditions and operation, building owner requirements, safety and additional conditions such as the management of noise, after hours works and the staging of works if needed.

We take care of contract administration, building approvals, procurement and the co-ordination of the various moving parts required. We communicate with our clients throughout the course of a project through various means such as client meetings, progress reports and site inspections. Base can project manage a job throughout all stages from inception to its successful, allowing for precious funds to be reinvested in the project itself for the optimisation of its’ outcome. We are also able and willing to work with your project manager if this is the preferred delivery model.
