This beautiful speculative fitout for BTP Workspaces, features angled forms and a palette derived from the company branding and also reflects the green surroundings. Black accents teamed with timber doors and joinery, along with a palette of soft, moody greens and greys creates an inviting and sophisticated aesthetic. An awkward existing entry configuration and ill placed columns posed challenges that were overcome with the carefully considered layout and design of the space. The tenancy was snapped up on completion, much to the delight of the building owners and its new occupants.
