Alliance are a successful electrical contractor with offices based in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane. The recent relocation of the Brisbane office required  Base to refurbish an existing two level tenancy into various areas such as a breakout & staff lounge, meeting spaces, offices & an open plan workhub with plenty of storage. The company's strong branding palette of grey and red inspired the overall scheme & finishes of this new fitout, which wanted to reflect the look & feel of both the Sydney & Melbourne offices, keeping the aestethics consistent across the brand. The natural light & nice outlook inspired the spatial planning of the space, taking full advantage of these elements with the placement of new partitions & an extension of the upstairs office onto the existing landing. Light oak timber brings a warmth to the otherwise grey, black & white palette, while pops of red a that subtle touch of colour & also reflecting the brand. The new fitout is warm & welcoming with a variety of staff spaces throughout while still instantly recognisable as an Alliance office through the branding & colour palette.
