This project for BTP Workspaces, the Connect Hub precinct, comprises of the refurbishment of the ground level entry foyer and stairs, the creation of a new tenant café hub and lounge area and the relocation of the existing board room. The open and connected nature of the foyer spaces and cafe draws occupants and visitors to Level 1, encouraging users to engage with the revitalised building, and the various spaces on offer.
