John enjoys a hand on approach to his work, this allows him to fully understand end to end processes and gives him the opportunity to improve these processes where he identifies deficiencies. Base is fortunate to have someone of John's caliber as CFO, his methodologies and financial analysis have enabled Base to thrive and grow since his appointment.
