Base was commissioned to design and build an interesting and unique display suite for SW1. The brief for this project was to create a display to showcase the various aspects and attributes of this unique site at SW1.  A pod was designed to house the display setting to create a focal point on the tenancy floor and a more intimate space for its occupants. It is positioned to showcase and direct prospective tenants towards the optimal aspect of the floor  - the river and Southbank precinct. A bespoke joinery item, the pod can cleverly be dismantled and repurposed along with the other elements of the space, so that it can continue to be used in other locations. Various wall graphics were placed strategically around the tenancy to engage and inform visitors of the feature landmarks located around SW1. Floor stickers were also used as wayfinding, directing visitors to both the pod and the fantastic city outlook. Organic shapes and earthy, nature inspired elements, help to make this space act as an extension with the outside surrounds, all while being an inviting and comfortable space for agents and clients to sit, interact and enjoy the amazing outlook offered by SW1.
